GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Product that are bought from the Online Store/Shop/Campaign and the Physical Stores can’t be returned and are not eligible for any refund. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: All Online Programs, eBooks, Reports, Books, Third Party Website Products, Affiliate Products Links, Lifestyle Coaching Fee, Personal Lifestyle Coaching Fee, Consultation Fee, Prodcuts buy outside of our domain, Bootcamp Fee, Masterclass Fee, Website plans, Subscription Plans. General Appointment Fee, Phone Appointment Fee, Discovery Call. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing kapnomics@gmail.com
Once your account is canceled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since the deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
If you cancel the Service in the middle of the month, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid you will not be charged again.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the KAPNOMICS GLOBAL service for any reason, without notice at any time.
Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, KAPNOMICS may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.
Fees - Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to hygiene concerns, we don't offer exchanges and refunds for used or opened products (if any).
No Refund shall be made once products/services are sold. A service/plan/session may be eligible for exchange within 24 hours from the time of activation.
You can email us at info@kapnomics.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will try to help you to replace the order at the earliest
Kapnomics Global offers a free limited version of the system. If management upgrades the service from the limited version provided by Kapnomics Global, the relevant fee schedule will apply. You can find the pricing table on our site (on demand) and further details inside the admin interface of the Kapnomics Global system. You will be informed of the fees before upgrading services to paid services. Commercial companies (if any) that register more than one system in the Free version must pay fees according to basic package or higher per each registered system.
All items purchased from a third-party website or company are bound by their refund policy.
If you purchase a product that will be processed on this website additional terms and conditions may display alerting you to any special refund policies you should be aware of that is specific to that product.
All purchases made in the system are final and are not refunded.
We reserve the right to display our Booking. Page directory advertisement banner on booking sites of Free system accounts.
IMPORTANT: When the free system is upgraded to the paid system, it is no longer possible to downgrade it back to a free system. Users can still upgrade or downgrade between paid subscriptions.
eGift Card
If you purchase eGift card from us, the norms are:
You will receive the 10x discount on the Consultation/Coaching program.
Illustrations: If you purchase a card of amount INR 500 then, when you or anyone to whom you gifted this card will get the 10x discount of INR 5000 (purchase value INR 500) on the Consultation/Coaching program.
you have to show/send this card to our customer support at the time of final billing.
This card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The card is non-refundable.
